Welcome back to my blog!

I'd like to share my experience (again) hehehe.

I accepted as volunteer Asian Para Games 2018 in Sport Division, same as 18th Asian Games. Even though in the same division, I had different tasks. In Asian Games, I was as LO for contingent team in venue competition. In Asian Para Games, I was as LO for Technical Delegate Wheelchair Fencing. Technical Delegate is the one who represent the international federation of its sport. Technical Delegates are VIP guest, he/she as decision maker in field of play and make sure that the competition would be in the right way based on rules and regulation of its federation.

Volunteer Sport LO TD

At the beginning I didn't expect that I would be as LO for VIP Guest, because I realized that I didn't have capability serving a VIP guest with so many protocol-er. The shows must go on, so I did my best to serve my guest as hard as I can. I was as LO for Technical Delegate of Wheelchair Fencing, his name is Udo Ziegler from Germany. Udo Ziegler is Secretary General of International Wheelchair and Amputee Sport (IWAS) Wheelchair Fencing, the federation of wheelchair fencing.

Mr. Udo Ziegler

My tasks was to assist him while Asian Para Games 2018. It was amazing for me, because I could enter VIP rooms and meet all VIP guest hahaha, but still I must be professional and control my attitude. Everyday I use VIP car and other volunteers got envy with me hahaha but trust me none will like my job here. Because I have to ready whenever he asks me, know his schedule, know his kind of food (because he is vegetarian, so I always make sure that the food wasn't consist of any kind of meat). That's kind of tiring job, when other volunteers work for approximately 8 hours/day while I could get more than 12 hours/day.

I will share other story next time yaa.

Hopefully you enjoy with all my stories :)

Hello Readers!

Do you understand what does this post title mean? and why Management or Business students must learn this subject?

Well, let's discuss it in my Blog! :D

why I stated discuss? because I'll share this knowledge based on what I've got in MIS class, so if you have different ideas, just put your comment below ya! ;)

The objectives of learning this course are:

a. Ethics in an Information System

b. The moral dimensions of Information System

So, what is ethics?

Ethics refers to the principles of right and wrong individuals, acting as free moral agents, use to make choices to guide their behaviors.

In Ethics, there are 3 things which should be concern. There are Responsibility, Accountability, and Liability. What is the difference among them?

Responsibility means accepting the potential costs, duties, and obligations for the decisions you make.

Accountability means the person who responsible

Liability means the consequences or the result.

Ethical Analysis:

- Identify and describe the facts clearly

- Define the conflict or dilemma and identify the higher-order values involved

- Identify the stakeholders

- Identify the options that you can reasonably take

- Identify the potential consequences of your options

Well I think that's can be our discussion.

Feel free to give a comment :D

Still euphoria with Asian Games, I'll be a volunteer for Asian Para Games. Do you know what is Asian Para Games? The 2018 Asian Para Games, also known as the 3rd Asian Para Games, is a multi-sport event that will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event parallels the 2018 Asian Games and is to be held for Asian athletes with disability.

I got a schedule to attend the Asian Para Games General Training on September 20 yesterday. Located at National University, Jakarta.

General Training starts at 8 am. In the first material, I got material about Inter personal skills where we were taught how to interact well with all the organizers, athlete and fellow volunteers.

We are also equipped with knowledge about etiquette. There we got a lot of learning what was good and not good to do while volunteering.

In the third material, I am very enthusiastic because the material is about how we interact with people with disabilities, especially the speakers are also people with disabilities who are members of the Indonesian disability community. We were also taught to use sign language even to offer assistance to the blind.

Lastly we learned about communication, there are so many here that I got, the importance of communication so that the information we convey can be accepted seeing that Asian Para Games come from various countries, and they are persons with disabilities, of course this will be very challenging and will provide many new experiences for me.

So many of my experiences in GT Asian Para Games 2018.

Here I'll give an example of sign language that I've learnt in General Training Asian Para Games 2018.
